Intercultural Training

Employees working in foreign countries or in multicultural teams face particular challenges. Differing patterns of behaviour, hierarchical structures and communication styles we are not used to lead to misunderstandings and can make successful cooperation difficult.

To facilitate successful cooperation with local teams or in international working environments, the people involved should be made familiar with cultural characteristics, learning and communication patterns and common business practices, and they should be provided with the most important general information about the country and its people.

In cooperation with different partners and organisations, we offer training courses tailored to the corresponding country and the job to be performed.
